The KOICA Rwanda Alumni Association (KORAA) was founded on January 15, 2010, to unite individuals who had returned from training programs in Korea. What began with just 80 Rwandan alumni has grown into a vibrant network of 1,262 members.
KORAA serves as a platform for alumni to stay connected, collaborate, and share their knowledge with their communities. Through outreach programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and networking events, KORAA members are actively contributing to Rwanda's development across multiple sectors.

Message from the President
Ms. Adelphine Mukashema
KORAA President
Fifteen years ago, we founded the KOICA Rwanda Alumni Association (KORAA) to build a community united by shared purpose and lifelong connection.
Over the years, that vision has truly come to life. Together, we have expanded our reach across Rwanda, strengthened professional ties, launched impactful initiatives with KOICA, and supported our communities. Thank you to each of you; your dedication is the heartbeat of this association.
This new digital platform is a gateway to our future. Designed to honor our history and connect generations of alumni, it provides a space to share expertise, mentor members, and collaborate on real solutions. Let it serve as a living testament to our core values: volunteerism, integrity, and service.
I invite you to explore, engage, and connect as we continue building a lasting legacy together.
